For a 166,000sf new project I tested the external collaboration and it was great. I did the take off with Togal.AI and then adjusted it for the scope I was looking for. From there I invited a flooring, ceiling and painting trade contractor. They reviewed my take off, made adjustments as required and then provided me with budgets.
